Can you create a bouquet based on my idea or reference photo?

Yes. We’re happy to take inspiration from your ideas or images, but every Lilae bouquet is interpreted in our own style, made with seasonal flowers and natural harmony in mind.

Can you work at my venue?

Yes. We work with venues of all kinds. If we haven’t worked there before, a short site visit or photos are helpful.

Same-day delivery is available in Limassol for most bouquets and baskets, usually within 12 hours after confirmation, sometimes even faster. For special or custom floral orders we recommend placing your request 2-3 weeks in advance to allow time for sourcing and preparation.

Are consultations available on-site?

Absolutely. On-site visits help us assess space, lighting, and brand context before design.

Do you have a physical shop?

We work from our studio and show samples by appointment. If you’d like to see designs or discuss a project in person, we can arrange a visit.

How can I track my order or delivery?

We confirm delivery day and time in advance. For deliveries we can send a time window and, on request, a photo after installation. If you need more detailed tracking, tell us when you order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Small changes are usually possible if made in time. For cancellations, we assess each case individually (timing, materials, and work already done). If something arrives damaged or not as agreed, please send photos within 24 hours, so we can make it right.

How long will an arrangement last?

Longevity depends on the stems used and care. Many of our bouquets keep well for several days to a week with simple care, some seasonal installations are designed to last throughout a holiday period.
