Welcome to Lilae. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to make them clear, fair, and easy to understand, reflecting how we like to work: with care, transparency, and mutual respect.
General information
This website is operated by Lilae Studio, based in Limassol, Cyprus. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Lilae.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or making a purchase.
Products and availability
All our floral designs, compositions, and gift items are handcrafted. This means slight variations in colour, flower types, or arrangement may occur, each creation is unique.
Product photos are provided as a guide to style and quality, but due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value, always maintaining the intended aesthetic.
Orders and payment
Orders can be placed through our website or directly with our team.
Full payment is required at the time of order. Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept secure payments through our online payment partners. Lilae does not store or have access to your full card details.
For large or customised projects (such as corporate programmes or weddings), payment terms and deposits will be outlined individually in your proposal or invoice.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Cyprus only, with priority coverage in Limassol.
Delivery times depend on location, order size, and flower availability. Same-day or next-day delivery may be possible for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.

Cancellations and refunds
Because our products are perishable and made to order, we can only accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:
- The product arrives damaged or does not meet the description.
- A delivery error occurs that is our responsibility.
Subscriptions and corporate services
For ongoing floral programmes or subscription deliveries, specific terms (frequency, pricing, replacement policy) will be set out in your service agreement.
Subscriptions can be paused or adjusted with at least 7 days’ notice.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Lilae and protected by copyright. It may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
Personal data
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information provided during ordering or enquiry is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
While we take every care to ensure that your experience with Lilae is seamless, we are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, transportation issues, or supply shortages.
Our liability will never exceed the total amount paid for your order.
