Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns in Cyprus. Orders within Limassol, where our studio is based, are fulfilled with the shortest lead time. For other regions delivery is scheduled according to distance and route availability.

Lead times and scheduling
Limassol deliveries: same-day delivery, typically completed within 12 hours after order confirmation, sometimes even faster.
Other cities in Cyprus: small deliveries are possible with additional fees; please allow 48-72 hours, depending on order size and route.
Custom and large designs: for bespoke arrangements, installations, or or event work timelines vary. Smaller projects can be arranged within 2-4 weeks, while large events may require planning up to 2 months.
Delivery hours
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. You can request a preferred delivery window, and we will do our best to accommodate it. Exact times may vary slightly depending on traffic and location. If you need your order to arrive at a specific hour, for example, before a meeting, dinner, or event, please let us know when placing your order. When you place an order we confirm the expected delivery day and a time window by email or message.
Presentation and handling
Each bouquet and basket is packaged to preserve its composition and freshness during travel. Our drivers transport all pieces by hand, ensuring they arrive exactly as designed. For large or delicate pieces, additional protective packaging is used.
If nobody is available
If the recipient is not available at the scheduled time, we will follow your delivery instructions (leave with reception, neighbour, or safe place). If alternative arrangements are not possible, we will contact you to agree a re-delivery time. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Care on arrival
Every delivery includes simple care notes to help you enjoy your flowers longer. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat, refresh the water daily, and trim stems slightly before placing them in a vase.
Feedback or concerns
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please notify us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we’ll find the best solution. Our goal is always to ensure that your experience feels as graceful as the flowers themselves.
